ClearSense is the onychomycosis application on Sciton's modular JOULE platform, delivering 1064nm Nd:YAG energy through a scanner with integrated temperature feedback. Because it is a module rather than a standalone box, clinics already running BBL or laser resurfacing on JOULE can add nail treatments without buying another system. It suits multi-service practices that prefer one platform and one service contract.
