Alma TED

Alma Lasers

Needle-free acoustic delivery of growth factor serums into the scalp.

Alma TED uses acoustic sound waves plus air pressure to open temporary micro-channels in the scalp so a growth factor serum can be absorbed without needles. A typical course is three sessions about four weeks apart, each taking around 20–25 minutes with no downtime. It has become the go-to hair device for clinics whose patients refuse injections.

Applications

  • Hair Growth

Advantages

  • Completely needle-free and essentially painless
  • No downtime and no post-treatment shedding
  • Strong patient appeal versus PRP injections

Considerations

  • Serum consumable cost per session is high
  • Results depend heavily on serum formulation
  • Less long-term published data than LLLT

Ideal clinic profile

Clinics that want a premium hair service without needles or PRP draws.

Clinical notes

Price the three-session course as a package; margin lives in serum cost control and add-on maintenance sessions.
