PinPointe FootLaser was the first laser cleared in the US specifically for the temporary increase of clear nail in patients with onychomycosis. It uses a near-infrared 1064nm pulse that passes through the nail plate to heat and disrupt fungal organisms in the nail bed without cutting or numbing.
